CENTENNIAL AT BEAVER CREEK
The project consists of 23 large two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom condominium units constructed as part of the first phase development of a new ski are. The site is a steeply sloping and narrow finger of land that runs north/south immediately adjacent to the Beaver Creek Village center. In order to accommodate the number of units and related facilities desired on the restricted site, a total of seven stories are required. Of these, the lower three stories, which include storage areas and covered parking for 30 cars, are below grade except at the downhill (western) boundary. Tomas Frank managed this project for William Turnbull Associates.
