As part of Oakland's Commercial Facade and Tenant Improvement program we had the opportunity to design several food-serving establishments. With a reputation as a firm able to obtain rather complicated permits, we are continuously approached by private clients to design or remodel small cafes and medium size restaurants in all parts of Oakland. This work generally involves providing ADA accessibility, food service design, mechanical and electrical design, signage and lighting. We have a capability to do all this work in-house without involving outside consultants. |
