The proposal for tenant improvement design and master planning services for the Alameda Point Collaborative (APC). This proposal involved creating facilities for the Alameda Point Multi-Service Center including; tenant improvement, program development, and master planning for a complex institutional client. It adapted the former Alameda Air Station from military into civilian use. The project, envisioned by the APC, involved discovering opportunities in the diverse needs of multiple client groups and creating coherent places that fit their needs and reflect their values. It required sustainable design practices, and other energy conserving design experiences. |
